TCT Aluminum Blades

Our industrial quality tungsten carbide tipped blades have been specifically developed for aluminium and non-ferrous cutting applications including UPVC copper and brass.

The blades are suitable for chop, uprising, double mitre saws, CNC machining centres, and panel saws for cutting tubes, profiles, window frames, and solid materials.

With the special teeth geometry and the noiseless system, vibrations are reduced resulting in an excellent surface finish.

  • Delivery policy

    We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. Each item will be subject to “Signed on Receipt”.

    We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 7 days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.

This blade was an answer to a very stupid problem. My old saw that I bought at a garage sale was so loud that I couldn’t hardly stand to use it. I thought there was something wrong with the bearings until one day I happened to look at the blade. That was when I almost slapped myself in the face because I had no teeth left on it. I tossed it and bought this, and it cuts cleanly and smoothly and the saw sounds like it is supposed to now.
