I have bandsaw machine with max width of 13mm or ½ inch blade and I need to cut stainless steel. Can I use this blade?

Starting width of this blade is 27mm ( 1 inch ) to 67mm ( 2.6 inches ) so the answer is no. You can however go for the Bi-alfa cobalt m42 which comes in a 13mm width blade and is able to do the job just fine.
