Automatic Bevelling Machine-29 is one of the largest and most powerful machines in the field of rotary cutting bevelling machines. The machine is equipped with an automatic feed and can be used as a stationary machine designed for large and small workpieces. At the same time it can be used as a mobile bevelling system when the machine moves along the machined steel sheet at a rate of almost two meters per minute. This machine is capable of machining both, standard and stainless steel.

The machine has a low noise drive reducing the noise at the workplace.

  • For conventional steel (up to strength 700 MPa / 101 526 PSI), stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminium materials.
  • The bevelled material thickness 6 to 60 mm /0.23 to 2.36 in.
  • The bevel angle can be adjusted by removable arms (KIT for a given angle).
  • The device is able to perform the double-sided bevel (X, K), without any need for material handling.
  • Suprisingly silent drive.
  • The machine is equipped with the automatic feed.
  • The possibility of stationary and mobile use.
  • Smaller parts of the material are inserted directly into the machine.
  • One-man machine.

Standard order processing/manufacturing time is around 24-48hours

All orders placed before 4:00 pm Melbourne time go into production on the same day and dispatched the following afternoon.

  • Delivery policy

    We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. Each item will be subject to “Signed on Receipt”.

    We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 7 days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.

    We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation
