Carbide Impregnated Bandsaw Blades For Sale
  • Carbide impregnated bandsaw blades

At the time of manufacturing, carbide impregnated bandsaw blades are infused with carbide particles producing razor-sharp teeth. These blades also feature an aggressive hook and set with rounded backs, and polished sides. Polished sides and rounded back design of the blade allows for quick feeding rate and sharper turns without building up excessive heat.

Carbide Bandsaw Blades: Designed to Outperform The Rest

When you start cutting with a carbide bandsaw blade, you will notice the difference instantly. The proprietary grade of carbide is tougher and lasts longer. Our blades feature multi-chip tooth design and precision ground teeth, delivering a smooth finish on everything from carbon and alloy steels to tool steel.

Our advanced manufacturing process produces blades that are ready to use right out of the box without the need for a lengthy break-in process. This means that our blades last longer and provides more cuts per blade so you can get the job done right the first time, every time.

At Sawblade.com.au, we manufacture blades that will prove to be the difference between barely meeting your goals and standing out from the rest of the pack. Our blades are more versatile and easier to run, making the step-up completely worth.

3. Select the Length (Round up to the Closest Increment)(Round up to the Closest Increment)

3. Now Enter the Exact Length in (mm) (Made to your Order)

Length is not correct, changed to maximum allow length.

4. Select the TPI (Teeth Per Inch)

The number of teeth per inch (TPI) defines the pitch of the blade and can vary from 1 to 32 tpi.

On some blades there are different pitches on the same blade. You must select the correct tpi for the thickness of material you are cutting. If the corrrect tpi is not chosen the blade life will be dramatically shortened.

The general rule of thumb is: For wood and soft materials aim ffor 3-6 teeth in the work piece.
